Well Head Maintenance
Alvin Services Limited provides comprehensive Wellhead and Christmas Tree maintenance services covering all existing sections, including Casing Head, Casing Spool, Tubing Head, and Christmas Tree. Our services are divided into two main categories:
Preventive Maintenance Services:
- Personnel & Equipment available on call for both onshore and offshore locations.
- Physical inspection of Wellhead and Christmas Tree components.
- Lubrication of valves and actuators.
- Injection of grease and sealant into Valve Body cavities.
- Tubing Head Void Test.
- Pressure/function tests of valves and actuators, including Casing head pressure void test.
- Corrosion and erosion inspection, cleaning, preservation, and painting.
- Inspection and work report, updating data and wellhead stack up configuration.
Corrective Maintenance Services:
- Personnel & Equipment on call for onshore and offshore locations.
- Setting or Retrieving BPV’s / TWC’s.
- Thread Chaser for H-Type BPV’s thread profile inside Tubing Hanger while under pressure using self-equalizing lubricators.
- Side Door Lubricators (VR Plug installation) for Annulus Valve change out (subject to space availability).
- Repair or replacement of components or parts such as valves, actuators, tree caps, fittings, etc.
- Repair works on valves, valve parts, valve assembly replacement, actuator or Christmas Tree change out.
- Servicing, Repair, Refurbishment, and Pressure Testing of valves & parts at our workshop.
- Specialized Services such as gate valve milling.

- Christmas tree valve greasing and valve pressure testing.
- Annuli valve greasing and valve pressure testing.
- Annulus integrity monitoring.
- Hanger seal/pack-off testing.
- Gate valve and actuator repairs.
- Echo meter liquid level detection.
- Surface-controlled subsurface safety valve wash (SCSSSV).
- SCSSSV inflow test and function test.
- Annulus integrity monitoring, Annuli valve greasing, and valve pressure testing.
- Annulus top-up and pressure testing.
- Echo meter liquid level detection.
